JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• To issue quotation for sales team to potential clients or customer
• To update products inventories to the management and sales team for available for sales
• To prepares sales contract and contract delivery to clients or customers
• To follow up and update delivery products to clients or customers 
• To check products prices and contract are up to date for sales manager and sales team base on company policy
• To ensure sales operation and sales process is mostly smooth
• To assist with Account Receivable to follow up payment and update to manager
• To update potential clients or customers list for Sales Manager base on requirement
• To update weekly sales results to the sales team;
• To update daily, weekly and monthly report to manager
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Age 24- 40 Cambodia candidate
• Male/ Female
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or English
• Good in computer skill (Excel)
• An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of sales admin experience or Accounting field
• Build a good relationship with customers relationships
• Have good communication in English 
• Working condition:

       Six Days a week: (Mon-Sat), Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
