JOBS DESCRIPTION:

•      Allocate customer/dealer’s order, testing machines requested, Allocate Free of Charge items  (PDI)
•       Assist customer’s requirements & Prepare Shipping Request Form for each shipment.
•      Prepare Shipping Instruction Form when necessary.
•      Check parts stock status, price & DHL charges to JS.
•      After customer confirmed order, issue P.O to place order to JS and Issue spare parts quotation. 
•      Check actual spare parts after received from JS and arrange to customer.
•      Collect all relevant documents and allocate in SBO when there is/are consignment stock sold out to customers/dealers.
•      Prepare all relevant document for import and export clearance (Ex: Sales Contract, Purchase Order, Machines Picture, Shipping Documents, Authorize Letter, Company VAT certificate and Patent.)
•      Coordinate with forwarder, logistic company and JUKI Singapore.
•      Control warehouse machines stock (In and Out).
•      Update stock list and compare with warehouse stock list.
•      Make daily claim form as customer request and post to CRM system
•      Check and follow up claim part with HQ and JS
•      Check & arrange part claim to customer
•      Arrange failure part to other supplier as HQ request every month.
•      Update claim part information to CRM
•      Update monthly report of stock in and stock out 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• University degree
• At least 1-2 experience Shipping / Freight forwarding industry.
• Good oral and writing English
• Computer (Microsoft word, excel, outlook, power point)
• Be flexible problem solving skill.
• Ability work under tight deadline pressure
